(Senior) Manager Internal Communication (m/f/d) - Leadership

Your assignments

• Develop and execute global internal communications activities in line with the corporate communications strategy and annual planning for the leadership team
• Define and decide on dramaturgy of necessary messages, contents, formats and communication activities for global roll out
• Establish, manage and expand internal communications processes and channels

• Initiate, prepare and manage clear and compelling global internal communications campaigns – focusing on executive communication - in a timely way
• Create, improve, maintain, manage and provide centrally ready-to-use content and formats to Management Board & leadership cascade
• Advise, coach and counsel senior leaders on communication activities
• Roll-out and ensure alignment of internal communications activities across all business units and regions to maximize effectiveness and reach
• Collaborate with regional communication teams, HR, compliance and legal teams
• Track and measure the effectiveness of communication approaches, provision of analysis and recommendations to drive improvements

• Promote the regular exchange between the teams of the markets for which you are responsible and thus contribute to the creation of a community within the international communication teams
• Ensure communication support of change process
• Coordinate, align and communicate with internal interfaces as well as external service providers and agencies

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in internal communications in a complex international corporate environment
•  Experience in leadership communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in dealing with a wide mix of communication methods, delivery mechanisms and channels and orchestrating them into global communication campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple service providers and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High motivation, creativity and continuous development of all areas of responsibility
• Confident and competent behavior in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels in a multicultural environment
• Track record in implementing & driving cultural change and transformation programs
• High resilience, flexibility
• Strong intercultural communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in change communication
• English & German fluent in written and spoken
