                <p>Our hair care category is a fast-paced and growing part of our whole Dyson business. You will take this success story and the storytelling to the next level. You will be leading the hair care category from a communications perspective: Developing creative and tailormade Comms strategies and campaigns for Dyson’s HC products and also being responsible for the execution of these strategies, whilst detecting trends, developing them further and implementing them with pinpoint accuracy. This will include Classic Media as well as Influencers.</p>
                <h2>About the role</h2>
                <ul>
                    <li>Work with the DACH Communications team to set media launch strategies for products of our Haircare range campaigns. </li>
                    <li>Create and manage partnerships and campaigns that propel Dyson reputation forward outside of product launches. </li>
                    <li>Pitch to media daily and secure regular positive coverage; about Dyson technology and the Dyson philosophy. </li>
                    <li>Create Influencer strategies to support the Dyson message and to reach the right target audience </li>
                    <li>Work with social media, content, and marketing teams to maximize communications initiatives on channels outside of traditional media. </li>
                    <li>Write thorough creative briefs to request support and materials for projects and launches</li>
                </ul>
                <p>Communicate</p>
                <ul>
                    <li>Work in tandem with the DACH marketing teams and other departments within the DACH business to support business goals </li>
                    <li>Work with the Group Communications team to inform Dyson’s global PR strategy </li>
                    <li>Lead the Haircare category, setting strategy around major initiatives, including product launches, events, etc. </li>
                    <li>Identify problems and find solutions</li>
                </ul>
                <h3>About you</h3>
                <ul>
                    <li> 4+ years of experience in PR, Communications or comparable profession </li>
                    <li>German speaking and fluent in written and spoken English </li>
                    <li>Knowledge of the German media landscape - especially beauty media </li>
                    <li>Knowledge of the German influencer landscape and skills in the implementation, planning and negotiation of influencer campaigns </li>
                    <li>Ability to create and effect change - in processes and people </li>
                    <li>Ability and confidence in building relationships with senior executives and various departments in the marketplace </li>
                    <li>Ability to navigate a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment </li>
                    <li>Strong presentation skills </li>
                    <li>Experience in leading a comprehensive communications strategy to further an organisation's objectives </li>
                    <li>Expertise in the digital domain and experience in working with various multimedia channels </li>
                    <li>Excellent self-management skills; ability to influence and engage people across the organisation to effect change. </li>

Als Associate Communications Manager Haricare + Influencer DACH wirst du diese Erfolgsgeschichte und das Storytelling auf die nächste Stufe heben. Du leitest die Haircare-Kategorie aus der Kommunikationsperspektive: entwickelst kreative und maßgeschneiderte Kommunikationsstrategien und Influencerkampagnen für die HC-Produkte von Dyson und bist für die Umsetzung dieser Strategien verantwortlich.</p>
                <p>Als Associate Communications Manager Haricare + Influencer DACH bist du Teil des DACH Communications Teams und arbeitest am Dyson Deutschland Standort in Köln-Ehrenfeld.</p>
                <h2>Über die Rolle</h2>
                <p>Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten</p>
                <ul>
                    <li> Arbeite mit dem DACH-Kommunikationsteam zusammen, um Kampagnen und Produklaunches für unsere Haarpflegeprodukte zu entwickeln und durchzuführen. </li>
                    <li>Führe Kampagnen durch, die das Image von Dyson auch außerhalb von Produkteinführungen fördern. </li>
                    <li>Du sprichst täglich mit Medien und sorgst für regelmäßige positive Berichterstattung über die Dyson Technologie und die Dyson Philosophie. </li>
                    <li>Du entwickelst Influencer-Strategien zur Unterstützung der Dyson Botschaften und zum Erreichen der richtigen Zielgruppe </li>
                    <li>Du arbeitest mit Social Media-, Content- und Marketing-Teams zusammen, um Kommunikationsinitiativen auf Kanälen außerhalb der traditionellen Medien zu maximieren. </li>
                    <li>Du steuerst Agenturen und verfasst kreative Briefings, um Projekte und Markteinführungen durchzuführen </li>

                    <li> Arbeite zusammen mit den DACH-Marketingteams und anderen Abteilungen innerhalb von Dyson DACH zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsziele </li>

                <h2>Skills und Qualifikationen</h2>
                <ul>
                    <li> 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in PR, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Beruf </li>
                    <li>Perfekte Deutsch-Kenntnisse und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse </li>
                    <li>Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Funktion im Bereich der Kommunikation </li>
